2. Information We DO NOT Collect

Ziro Market does NOT collect the following:

• Your account password — sign-in is handled by Google or Apple, so Ziro Market never receives or stores it

• Browsing history or detailed behavior tracking outside the app
• Social media profiles or personal social data

• Payment card information (we do not process payments)

8. Account Deletion

If you created a Ziro Market account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data directly within the app:

• Open the Ziro Market app and sign in
• Tap your profile icon in the top navigation bar
• Select "Delete Account" and confirm the prompt

You can also request deletion by emailing hello@ziromarket.com from the email address associated with your account.

Data deleted

Requesting account deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes:

• Your login credentials and authentication record
• Your profile information (username, etc.)
• Portfolio holdings you added
• Watchlists and watchlist items
• In-app activity history

Data retained

Server access logs that may reference your account (e.g. for security and abuse prevention) are retained for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are purged, consistent with Section 7 (Data Retention). We do not retain portfolio, watchlist, or profile data after an account is deleted. Where the law requires us to keep certain records (e.g. to comply with a legal obligation), we retain only what is legally required and for no longer than necessary.

You have the following rights regarding your information:

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
